What resolution do the files come out at? +

You capture full-resolution stills, JPG or RAW (DNG) and Apple ProRaw on Pro, straight off the phone's camera sensor. They are true full-resolution files, not the compressed screenshots you get from a video call.

Can I control exposure and white balance, or just the shutter? +

On Pro you control shutter, focus, exposure, ISO, shutter speed and white balance, plus telephoto and ultra-wide lens selection, so the creative decisions stay with you.

Does my client need to install anything? +

No. Clients and talent join the virtual room from a browser with no install. Only the capture phone runs the CLOS iOS or Android app.

Do I need a specific phone? +

Any reasonably current iPhone or Android works as the capture device. RAW/ProRaw capture and the extra lens controls are available on Pro plans.

Is CLOS an AI image generator? +

No. CLOS captures real photographs of real people and products through a real camera sensor. Nothing is synthesised.
